Living a ‘good life’ means more than just happiness! In this video series I’ve selected from 101 keywords and discuss how each word can impact your potential to live a more happy, flourishing and prosperous personal and work life.
This is keyword #019 – Challenge
Like many things in life, depending on your perspective, the glass can be half full, or half empty. For some people a challenge can be seen as a threat, and for others a challenge is an exciting opportunity.
What would your life be like if you didn’t have any challenges? Do you think it would be comfortable, preferable, complete?
One of the inescapable truths for a prosperous life is to develop a thirst for intentional learning. If you’re not growing, and not building on your life skills, you’re stagnating. If you’re not challenging yourself to continually develop your skills, knowledge or strength of character, you’re stagnating. Look for experiences and opportunities that will challenge you to be the person you need to be to live a happy, flourishing and prosperous life.
Connect with your intention while accepting the challenges, take intentional actionto keep focused on your life goals and challenges will never seem like threats. Approach life in this way and instead of challenges being threats, they will continually arrive as opportunities for you to learn, grow and be the person you need to be to live a happy, flourishing and prosperous life.
