Living a ‘good life’ means more than just happiness! In this video series I’ve selected from 101 keywords and discuss how each word can impact your potential to live a more happy, flourishing and prosperous personal and work life.
This is keyword #028 – Credibility
One of the inescapable truths for a prosperous life is to build intentional trust relationships. You don’t get trust, you earn it. Your credibility is the perception of others about the level of trust they can place in you to deliver on your promises.
What are you doing to build your credibility to be able to deliver intentional value for the people you meet with in your various life roles? What are you doing to demonstrate your credibility to the people you meet in your various life roles? People get your truth through your thoughts, words, actions and results.
Your truth about you is reflected in the perceptions of how others perceive your credibility. To be a person of credibility, character and trustworthiness means delivering on your promises and when you deliver on your promises to yourself and to others you being the person you need to be to live a happy, flourishing and prosperous life.
To conclude today’s message, let me leave you with a quote that I believe is attributed to Brian Koslow who says ……
“The more you are willing to accept responsibility for your actions,
the more credibility you’ll have.”
