I created these 52 Intentional Affirmations quite some years ago now, and have been personally ‘living’ each affirmation, one affirmation each week, ever since. You’ll find that just reading the intentional affirmation can really make a difference to you… it puts you right in the moment, and with intentional mindfulness, you can then take intentional action to implement and ‘live’ the affirmation.
